Split Form and Policy (for Current USU Undergraduates)
The split form and policy are available at the School of Graduate Studies website. Students applying by this date will also be considered for an invitation to the recruitment weekend visit in February. Applications received after that date will be considered for the limited financial awards available at the time.
Generally, students are admitted to begin their program fall term only. Special considerations may be made for students requiring spring or summer start dates.
