Consideration for admission is predicated on several factors:

·Availability of a suitable faculty advisor

·GRE scores (verbal and quantitative scores in the upper 50th percentile and analytical writing score of at least 3.5) [FYI: Institutional Code for USU: R4857; Departmental Code: 0203]

·GPA above 3.0

·TOEFL score above 575 (paper-based), 233 (computer-based), or 90 (internet-based) if the student's English is a second language

·Availability of financial assistance
