Checklist

• Make sure you have completed all requirements described in the student handbook
• Submit your Tuition Waiver/Remission Request form (by 1 June)
• Register for courses (as indicated on your Tuition Waiver/Remission Request Form) prior to the deadline
• Contact Ms. Snyder if you need contact information on housing
• International Students are required to purchase student health insurance through USU For more information click on this link – or provide proof of sufficient health insurance from a private company to Noell Hansen
• Teaching Assistants are required to register for the appropriate Teaching Assistantship Workshops
• Prior to arrival, contact Ms. Snyder to obtain office assignment, mailbox, submit key request, and obtain an email account
• Attend the Department of Biology Faculty/Grad Research Symposium
